Description of service
ImageSize offers image compression, conversion, editing, inspection, and generation tools that execute on your device. Features may change, improve, or be removed without notice. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Acceptable use
You may not use ImageSize to process unlawful content, infringe copyrights, harass others, or distribute malware. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to edit any image you load into our tools. We may block access if we detect abuse that threatens infrastructure or violates applicable law.
User responsibilities
You are responsible for backing up originals before destructive edits. Browser tools depend on your hardware; extremely large files may fail due to memory limits beyond our control. Keep your browser updated for security patches.
No warranty
ImageSize is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Results may vary by file format and browser. We do not warrant that outputs will meet platform-specific requirements for every social network or print shop.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ImageSize and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site, including lost profits or data. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past twelve months (which is zero for free users).
Intellectual property
You retain all rights to your images and outputs. ImageSize branding, site design, and original text content are our intellectual property and may not be copied without permission. Open-source libraries used in the product remain under their respective licenses.
Termination
We may suspend access for violations of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in competent courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by consumer protection laws in your country.
Changes
